Marine Audit is a digital platform that connects maritime companies with independent marine auditors and inspection professionals worldwide. We are not a crewing agency, recruitment company, or maritime consultancy. We act solely as an online marketplace facilitating professional connections between companies and independent service providers.
Eligibility
To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information when necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user at our discretion.
Account Registration
Certain features require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

User Roles
Companies
Companies may post audit and inspection requirements, review applications, communicate with professionals, and engage independent auditors through the platform.
Service Providers
Marine auditors and inspection professionals may create profiles, upload credentials, apply for assignments, and provide services directly to companies.
Marine Audit is not a party to any contract or agreement formed between users. All service arrangements are made directly between companies and independent professionals.
Verification and Professional Responsibility
We may review and verify user profiles and documentation; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any information submitted by users.
Service providers are solely responsible for maintaining valid certifications, licenses, and compliance with applicable maritime laws and regulations. Companies are responsible for verifying that engaged professionals meet their operational requirements.
Use of the Platform
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes. You must not submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to disrupt platform operations, or bypass security measures.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Service Engagements
Marine Audit provides a technology platform only. We do not supervise, control, or direct the services performed by independent auditors.
We do not guarantee service outcomes, regulatory approvals, or inspection results. All scope of work, fees, deliverables, and timelines must be agreed upon directly between the company and the service provider.
Fees and Payments
Where applicable, platform fees may apply. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to payment.
Marine Audit reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Payment disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved unless otherwise stated in separate payment policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on MarineAuditor.com, including text, branding, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Marine Auditor Canada Inc.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without prior written permission.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Marine Audit a non-exclusive license to display and use that content for platform operations.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
